We offer a variety of classes and time slots that can fit any schedule or lifestyle! .

Vinyasa Flow

An energetic yoga flow intended to enhance your strength, flexibility, balance, breathing, and mind/body connection . Movements can be adjusted for beginners, as well as advanced yogis. Class includes meditation and breathing.

Steam Yoga

Practiced in a heated room with 70%+ humidity. This class will flow through yoga poses meant to strengthen your core, increase balance and flexibility, and bring you the benefits if mind/body connection. For everyone. Includes meditation and breathing.

Restorative

A slower paced practice intended to help you with mobility, breathing, stretching, strengthening, and moving your body. For anyone wanting an introduction to yoga, and/or some space to breathe and stretch sore muscles. Includes breathing and meditation.
